As an intermediary between global capital markets and local lenders, FHLBank Pittsburgh provides readily available liquidity, as well as affordable housing and community development opportunities, to members of all sizes in Delaware, Pennsylvania and West Virginia. FHLBank Pittsburgh is part of the Federal Home Loan Bank System, which was established by Congress in 1932 and serves as a reliable source of funds for housing, jobs and growth in all economic cycles. Membership in FHLBank Pittsburgh comprises commercial banks, insurance companies, credit unions and community development financial institutions throughout our district.
FHLBank Pittsburgh approached Blue Archer for a website redesign. We began the project with an extensive strategy process to help uncover the business goals. At the conclusion, we found that FHLBank Pittsburgh wanted to: increase usage of products by current members, leverage new technology and refreshed brand, highlight diversity, and increase membership.
Once we zeroed in on the goals, we were able to begin implementing our solution. We began with a fresh design, positioning FHLBank Pittsburgh as polished and professional, delivering a better experience their site users.
We also built a series of custom modules. Each module was well thought out and executed with FHLBank Pittsburgh’s business goals in mind. They include: a Resource module where users can quickly access information that pertains directly to them, a Leadership module calling out the organization’s chain of command for direct access, rotating masthead imagery allowing specific marketing messaging to appear front and center, and a Success Gallery which showcases a collection of stories from their members.
We are so pleased with the finished product, and have received incredible feedback from FHLBank Pittsburgh.
