Blue Archer provides hosting for AccuCMS powered websites, providing clients with worry-free hosting and system-maintenance. For a low monthly fee, Blue Archer provides all database, operating system and related software, and hardware required to run AccuCMS in a web-based environment. All system database and regular software maintenance is included, as well as nightly backups and up to 250Mb of storage space.

In addition to supplying a comprehensive user manual, Blue Archer will provide AccuCMS training as part of this engagement. Additional training or regular support/maintenance is available post-launch.
Typically, clients will have one or two “power-users” trained comprehensively on the system. The power-users can provide training as needed for others that will be using only parts of the system.

Blue Archer provides an in-house support staff, should a client need support using AccuCMS following initial training. Support is available for everything from simple questions to content and page population to advanced training.
Maintenance and support contracts are available; however, we recommend that our clients spend the first few months with their new site on hourly support basis. Following a few months, the determination as to whether a paid support plan would be cost-justified may be made with accurate information.
