The old contact form did not provide optimal usability or information that would be appropriate for a global audience. Therefore, we built a custom, intuitive contact page template that utilizes on-screen segmentation to increase proper targeting. The interactive map interface allows for users to click on a desired map location and arrive at a page that includes contact information for distinct categories. Contact forms are then delivered to appropriate locations and sectors, cutting down on unnecessary internal communication. Elliott employees can then search through submission archives in the site manager by keyword and date range.
