Mr. Faletti has over 12 years of executive management, consulting, and entrepreneurial experience. Mr. Faletti began his career as the founder of Thunder Woods, a regionally distributed mail-order catalog corporation focused on outdoor recreation. After selling Thunder Woods to a national competitor, Mr. Faletti became VP of Marketing at Keystone Precision, a leading manufacturer of fishing tackle. Mr. Faletti focused on expanding and building new distribution channels, with an emphasis on foreign markets.

Prior to co-founding Blue Archer and during the upsurge of the Internet in the mid-nineties, Mr. Faletti joined Arthur Andersen Business Consulting, where he focused on building the national practice for E-Commerce Strategy & Revenue Enhancement.

Mr. Faletti serves as President of ACG Pittsburgh, and President of BNI of Western Pennsylvania's Circle of Excellence chapter, and regularly speaks at a number of local colleges and universities concerning Internet strategy as well as various topics surrounding entrepreneurship.

Al Polanec, Co-founder and Principal

Prior to Blue Archer, Mr. Polanec served as the E-Business Practice Leader for Codelinks, a Fortune 500-owned information technology consulting group in Indianapolis, Indiana. While holding this position Mr. Polanec serviced both Fortune 500 and middle market clients in the Indianapolis and Chicago areas. Mr. Polanec also served as the Manager of Operations for a Pittsburgh based eCommerce development firm. Mr. Polanec holds degrees in Creative Writing and Classical Languages from Allegheny College, and has over 12 years of experience in technology consulting and development.

Mr. Polanec is an active volunteer, donating time to organizations such as Pro Arts and the United Way. Mr. Polanec currently resides in the Shadyside neighborhood of Pittsburgh.
