SharePoint Consulting, Implementation, & More

We offer a suite of SharePoint configuration, implementation, development, content management, and ongoing support/maintenance services.  That means complete, ground-up solutions for everything from brand new implementations to supporting older, legacy implementations.  Offerings are designed to offer the most flexible and cost-efficient solutions while utilizing only our fully Microsoft SharePoint Certified Programmers, Analysts, and System Administrators.

Our developers have extensive experience, including the implementation of Intranet/extranet scenarios, designing web parts, building workflows, and custom site definitions.   We specialize in SharePoint web design, development, implementation, migration services from WSS to MOSS, application integration with internal and external systems, and reporting development including scorecards and dashboards.

For most SharePoint projects, we work with a content coordinator, project manager, or IT manager tasked with implementing, editing, or managing content in MS SharePoint.  Don’t know SharePoint?  No problem, our consultants can offer you advice and recommendations through every stage of your SharePoint project.  No matter who our contact is at your organization, our goals when starting a new engagement are always identifying your scope, budget, and skill requirements in order to provide you with the best possible “virtual” SharePoint team. Once we identify a project and the necessary skills to complete the project, we utilize our proven project management tools and processes to ensure you have full transparency into the ongoing development process, including milestone dates for work products and ongoing access to a development/testing environment, either on our servers or on yours.

Our analysts can review your functional requirements, and offer recommendations about the best possible tools for achieving your goals.  That may not always be SharePoint.  Our experienced, multi-disciplinary analysts and teams can provide you with open source and other alternatives, or verify that SharePoint is in fact the right solution for you.

What to Expect

When multiple skillsets are required for your project, we’ll make sure the right resources are assigned to your project at each stage of the work.  No more worrying about underqualified or uncertified resources negatively impacting your quality or project schedule. Our project managers handle those resource assignments ensuring you the best possibly quality and schedule at an exceptional value.

We can assist you in developing your functional requirements, and we will offer input into these requirements to ensure they are as compatible with the target SharePoint version.  This process is important to ensure no time and effort is wasted during the later phases of the project.  If you have already developed your functional requirements, we can audit them to ensure compatibility with a specific SharePoint version, as well as identify areas where customization will be required to help you determine the ROI of those particular functional requirements.

At the conclusion of the analysis phase, we then develop a plan for the configuration of your SharePoint Implementation.  We can either provide this configuration document to your on-staff resources for execution, or we can execute the configuration for you on your servers.  In either case, we provide detailed configuration documentation so your SharePoint implementation remains manageable in the future.  If you retain us to continue with the development/management of your SharePoint implementation, we maintain this documentation on an ongoing basis.

Custom SharePoint Development

In cases where your requirements are not met by standard SharePoint functionality, we can customize or extend your implementation to meet your needs.  Our certified developers are experienced in both SharePoint and custom software development, and can provide accurate, not to exceed pricing for this customization work.

SharePoint Content Management

After the configuration of your SharePoint implementation, we can support you with everything from content writing, population, graphic design, and quality assurance.  We can also edit existing pages or offer advice, best practices, and even style guides to support your internal content managers.
