Google, Hot On the Trail to Healthful Living

      Google's newest product is a health service called Google Fit. Forbes claims the new service will aggregate data from fitness trackers and other health related apps. The official announcement of the product will be made at Google's developer conference at the end of the month. If the rumors are true, then Google Fit is in a race with Apple's own health initiative, "Health".

The Social Buzz on The World Cup

      The World Cup tournament has made a significant social impression this year in Brazil, England, and especially... Japan. Adobe Digital Index released a global survey earlier this week, which showed people in Japan lead the way in mentions of the soccer tournament across multiple social platforms. Adobe also mentions that the World Cup will have the most online social activity in the history of sporting events.

Chinese Internet Giant Files for $20 billion IPO

      In response to investor complaints about the original filing being too vague, the Chinese Internet Giant, Alibaba, will release more information regarding this impressionable IPO. Alibaba will be going public within the next couple of months, and could ultimately be the largest IPO ever. Some Wall Street Journal's sources state that some investment firms are considering as much as $1 billion worth of stock.

Pinterest Pushes to Be the Next Search Engine

      Pinterest revealed earlier this week that it will be initiating a guided search in a way to actively discover content on pinterest, accompanied by a longer search bar. These adjustments are making Pinterest a more functioning search engine through a unique vision. These new features aim to offer more relevant results to users.

Virgin Glactic Makes Space History

      Billionaire Richard Branson is the head of Virgin Galactic, and has been working on project "SpaceShipTwo, Serial Two" since 2008. Virgin Galactic's space tours are going to be taking six passengers and two pilots, at a time, to the outer limits of Earth's curvature. Passengers will experience G-forces three times as fast as the speed of sound, and when they reach the outer limit, all engines turn off and passengers are released from their seats into a weightlessness we have all dreamed about.
