Yahoo may seem like old news to the average tech lover, but they are picking back up in the marketing scheme of things. Yahoo's newest addition, Gemini, is making news with the marriage between native and social advertising.

This style seems perfect for social marketing since it already mixes content with the advertisement. It may be a resource that is sponsored that will intrigue the viewer and later have them purchase the product.

You can combine the perks of native advertising with the ease of mobile search with Gemini's advertising platform.  Gemini allows advertisers to do everything they need to do all in one place. This means that marketers can buy, sale, edit, optimize, and control both their social and native advertising.

This is not recording in real-time so there will be a lag, however, you can select to have the reports emailed to you daily. 

Mobile 

Yahoo! has more than 430 million monthly mobile users which makes this new feature a necessity in advertising.

You can edit both your desktop and mobile ads from the same platform, but you may tailor each separately, which is one great feature of Gemini. However, the main thing that sets it apart is bringing native advertising to mobile. This will help Yahoo! catch up to social media platforms like Facebook and Twitter in terms of mobile advertising.
