Think about how many times during the day you shop on your phone, and then think about the amount of times you shop on your computer. Are you looking at the same products? Are the pages cohesive and similar?

 If customer’s see one thing on their smartphone and another on the computer, then you’re asking for trouble.

User’s enjoy cohesion and familiarity, so give them that. 

This trend isn’t limited to just mobile and desktop sites. Think about social media platforms, texting, calling, and videos. All platforms are there to provide one message and that is to choose your brand. Securing a successful Omni-channel platform can amplify user loyalty and success when purchasing products.

Don’t allow your customers to get discouraged when viewing your products/services on one device just to find out it’s different on another. This will lead to loss of clients and lack returning customers.
