Why a blog?

Blogging never goes out of style and is the best form of expression for a company. A blog is merely a tool that lets you network and communicate with your audience through your own platform. I’m sure we all struggle at one point with coming up with content or information to provide our viewers. It happens and that okay! A successful blog is conversational, relatable to your consumers, and distinctive.

Managing a Blog

Consistency is key! Your customers plan their schedules as much as you do so don’t disappoint. Pick a few days out of the week to post a blog. This will create a fan-base of viewers and increase brand loyalty. Catchy phrases such as “Tutorial Tuesday” or “Weekly Wisdom” will help ignite your writer’s and viewer’s interest. This will also allow constant feedback based on what your customers want and don’t want to see. Keep it informative and dependable.

What to write?

If you’re bored writing the blog, the higher chance that your viewers will be bored reading it! Coming up with content can be tricky, but sometimes you may not need to look too far. Content can be pulled from your FAQ pages, asking clients on social media, or writing about real-world challenges featuring your brand. Make your content approachable to many audiences.

Who’s Reading?

Consider your clients in a range of different careers. Give them content based on your brand’s overall perception and theme. If you have multiple clients, you may not be able to appeal to everyone on every blog. Consistency is key, but diversity is enjoyable. Not every post will win a gold medal, but it’s important to keep your audience engaged and satisfied.
