We recently learned of a new directory that makes it easy for people to connect with local services online. Thumbtack.com provides some interesting features on their website, such as a concierge service for those in need of a service provider, cross listing services on Google and Yahoo! for vendors and an easy to use search feature.

Google recently released a study that finally answers the question of whether it is efficient to run both a paid and organic campaign for the same overlapping keywords.
